The Surgical Associates of Monterey Bay and the Vein Clinic of Monterey Bay have been in service to the California central coast community since 1996. The practice began with Dr. Lawrence Spingola (retired) and has since grown into its current group of five board-certified prominent surgeons, and two physician assistants. We are proud to serve the cities of Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Salinas and surrounding counties with professional, personal and high quality surgical care.
